It was a drizzly, dreary day today in Colorado Springs but Stacie and I made the best of it.  We watched TV and movies all day.  There were reality shows about brides finding the perfect dress, experts telling the clueless what to wear, and then episodes of criminal investigations that have not been solved and are no longer being investigated.  Now we are taking in the 2003 movie "Mystic River" and some hot popcorn.  So far the story line is following our weather.  A couple of the characters in the screenplay made a cup of coffee look really good so Stacie is off to brew some (she's seen the movie before and doesn't want me to miss anything).  On a different subject, Stacie and I were featured in an international magazine recently.  "FTF" (First To Find) is the only physical hold-in-your hand paper magazine dedicated to geocaching.  Our picture and bio appeared on page 16.  You should have seen the look on my face when I turned page 15 over and there we were.  Stacie is back with the coffee and it is one of those "International" flavors.  Ahh, really good too.  How do you spend a rainy day?

  1. "Mystic River" well at least you decided to watch a "happy" movie on a day like that. My day was spent studying.
