This 1970s vintage pick-up was parked next to my car this evening when I left work.  The body was in pretty good shape and the fact that it was at work and not at home must be an indication that the engine works.  Where the rubber meets the road was obviously really important to the owner.  There is about $4,000 worth of tires and rims mounted under the fenders of this classic half ton, 2 wheel drive vehicle.  This is a perfect example of fusion with Old meets New where there is a trade-off between functionality and aesthetics but the owner is probably very proud. You can't teach an old dog new tricks but you can trick out an old truck with new wheels. Do you remember when the headlight dimmer switch was on the floor?
