One of the amazing things about God's rules of nature is that they are like Him.  They are constant and never changing.  Water freezes whether it is resting on a sidewalk or falling from the sky.  Snowfall can incite treacherous road conditions, school closures, and roof failures.  The white precipitation also provides snow ball fights, snowmen, ski resorts, snow days, and a gravity obeying medium in transparent glass spheres.  Snow can act as its own insulation and prevent it from melting at its normal rate.  Have you ever made a snow angel?
