This deer just stood and looked at me trying to figure out what I was doing.  She was with a group of two other uninterested does who were looking for food in the spring-like weather.  It was around 52 degrees today and that's pretty amazing for Colorado 2 days before Christmas.  The snow melted from the trees and you could now see the sand that was spread over the sidewalks to make them less icy.  For a while there it looked as though the city was going to adorn the postcard ambience.  Why do reindeer get all of the publicity?
