Happy Thanksgiving!  The day started at 5:30 this morning when Stacie got up and preheated the oven.  Fifteen minutes later the turkey started basking in the 325 degree spa.  We watched the activities in NY from the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade while the bird in our oven was getting a tan.  After carving the turkey we traveled all the way across the street to our neighbor's home and had a fun time talking and getting to know their other guests.  We gave thanks and feasted on the usual traditional dishes.  I'm so glad that the pilgrims from 1621 in Plymouth, Massachusetts started this commemoration.  What are you thankful for?
