Our dinner last night could have fed 4 people.  The feast started with 4 appetizers.  A Kobe beef tartar, grilled shrimp...excuse me, prawns and 2 types of salad.  We were served Kobe steak and filet mignon grilled to perfection for the main entree.  You always hear about meat that melts in your mouth. Last night we experienced it. There was no way for us to clean our plates but we left a little room for dessert. Craftsteak served us 2 flavors of sorbet, a bowl of fresh fruit, a toasted pecan crusted dessert bread, and vanilla bean cheesecake. They boxed our leftovers and we had enough for a complete lunch today.  I positioned the table in front of our 24th floor window and we ate with a spectacular Vegas view.  We walked down The Strip, took a tram ride, and had afternoon coffee and a snack at Jean-Philippe Patisserie at the Aria.  We walked back to The Signature at MGM, picked up our luggage and took a shuttle to the McCarran Airport.  As usual, we wore ourselves out, but we built in a day of rest into our mini-vacation schedule. How do you decompress?
