It rained the whole day today in the 7th largest city in the United States.  The highways were riddled with accidents early this morning and this afternoon as well.  The commuting hours are obviously the busy time for tow trucks and the 1.4 million citizens that call San Antonio their home.  This is a very large metropolis with a small town feel.  The roadways do a decent job of moving people from point A to point B but the circle within a circle design can be challenging for some.  I remember when I was young and the World's Fair was hosted in this town back in 1968.  It was known as HemisFair.  Do you remember the Alamo?
