I'm not a fan of side-by-side refrigerators.  Ours is nestled next to the door that goes to the garage.  When we open the left side, the freezer door will only open about half way since it hits the previously mentioned exit.  We have to limit how much frozen food we purchase due to the small capacity of the freezer.  We found the perfect solution without spending a fortune on a new fridge.  Now we have 5.0 cubic feet of freezer space in the garage.  The broom and dust pan had to be moved making room for our new appliance to settle into its new home.  It would have been difficult to move that cabinet sitting on the right.  The first demonstration of artificial refrigeration was back in 1748.  I bet it wasn't as simple as our "plug and play" installation today.  Our sub-zero spatial management issue is officially resolved.  What can you change in your home to make life grand?
