What a wonderful day. Thanks to Momsy, I was able to see family that I hadn't seen in over 30 years! A census was taken and there were 37 people that attended today's festivities. A great deal of story sharing took place and it was interesting to find out what everyone has been up to. I hope that all in attendance had as much fun as I did. My only regret was that we were missing family members at our joyful gathering. Today we celebrated an amazing woman. How will people remember you?Saturday, March 27, 2010

I was so excited and actually grateful that you and Stacie were able to make it. It was an amazing day! In answer to your question about how will people remember me. I am afraid that unfortunate situations that have occurred in my life is what people will remember me by because that is human nature. But I hope they don't look at those things and will look at the ways in which these situations have made me a more caring, loving, tolerant, non-judgemental (to a certain extent)human being and most importantly, a stronger Christian woman. I did indeed have an excellent role model in my Grandmother.
