Happy Mother's Day!  To my mother, who got up early, made breakfast, got me off to school (with lunch in my hand), who had a snack waiting for me when I got back from school, who cooked dinner while I played, who ensured that I did my homework, who attended every parent/teacher conference, who took me to all sports practices, who bandaged every boo boo, who helped with every science project, who consoled me when my Pinewood Derby car came in second, who taught me to love life, who was a positive example no matter what was going on, who was my partner in crime (remember the Christmas tree/shoe polish incident?) who laughed at all of my jokes, who always stood her ground (Sam's Club and the vacuum cleaner), and who always provided the best food on the table.  I can't thank you enough for guiding me to the man I am today.  Today when I was shopping with Stacie, her mom, and Norris, this fresh produce reminded me of all those great home cooked meals.    I love you, Mom!  What did your mom bring to your life?

  1. Thank you my precious son!
You and Beck have always been your Dad and I most precious thing in the world.
We did have some great times all together and also when we had the flu at the same time in Alaska and of course the Christmas tree shoe polish incident. Hey, we kept that a secret pretty good for a while
