Today's fitness routine took us around the corner to a little loop in the neighborhood.  Stacie had us running sprints from light post to light post.  When we were skipping from post to post I'm sure we had the residents laughing.  Then it was Clair's choice and she decided that we should do lunges.  If you haven't done lunges for 200 feet, then you haven't felt the burn of your quads like no other.  We did a few more rounds of heart pounding then returned home where Stacie punished us some more with some shoulder and ab exercises.  I had to walk down to the basement to start blogging and each step took extreme effort.  I can't wait for tomorrow.  Our quest for health must have been infectious.  Even the animals were getting into the act.  Have you ever seen a flying squirrel?
