Better late than never.  Due to some poor planning on my part we didn't get to the garage sales until late today.  The good thing is that the busy yard sale day is Friday here and by late morning on Saturday the tired, desperate home owners are more generous with their prices.  In fact, at one place the free pile was growing as we shopped and most of it made it in the back of the Impreza.  We probably got more than $50 in free stuff and we left a donation to show our appreciation.  After a few more stops we found ourselves at one of the new Mongolian BBQ restaurants that we have been wanting to try.  The food was good and reasonably priced so we will probably put it on our rotation list.  We picked up one of our cars from the shop and now Stacie has air conditioning again.  Clair and I shopped at the commissary for a few needed items and now Elijah and I are watching The Incredibles.  What deals did you make today?
